The successful candidate will serve the existing client base by generating new business for the company in the form of monthly recurring revenue (MRR), professional project services, hardware, and software. The Customer Success Manager, or as widely know as, Account Manager will also be responsible for managing client relations. From a sales perspective, this is a “farmer” type of role. From a relationship manager perspective, the candidate must be a single-point-of-contact and make sure the clients are always satisfied. The Customer Success Manager will be expected to analyze service reports and provide metrics to clients. The Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for monitoring client hardware lifecycles, and MSP contracts. In addition, the successful candidate will write and submit proposals, create new tickets, and occasionally provide resource assignments and scheduling for the Managed Services team. This is a non-technical support role, however, the successful candidate will learn how to sell technical solutions. The Customer Success Manager will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Education: College Degree Preferred
Compensation: Salary + Commission

Additional Strengths Desired:

• Ability to prioritize and determine severity of end-user issues.
• Coachable and trainable.
• Experience with Dell computers.
• Experience with CRM applications.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Experience with cloud-based applications (Dropbox, Office 365, Google Apps, etc).
